1. How can I place an order?
You can place an order through our website by browsing the products, selecting your preferred size and quantity, and adding them to your cart. Once ready, proceed to checkout and choose your payment method. We accept multiple payment options including Cash on Delivery (COD), mobile financial services like bKash, Rocket, Nagad, and bank transfers.

3. What is the estimated delivery time?
For Narayanganj and Dhaka city areas: delivery usually takes 1 to 2 business days.
For locations outside Dhaka: delivery generally takes 2 to 3 business days, but some areas may receive delivery within 1 day depending on courier availability.
Orders placed before 4–5 PM are processed and dispatched the same day whenever possible.
4. What are the delivery charges?
Narayanganj: 90 BDT
Dhaka city areas: 110 BDT
Outside Dhaka: 120 BDT
5. Which courier services do you use?
We partner with trusted courier companies to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. Our main courier services include Pathao, RedEx, and StateFast. Upon request, we also use Sundarban Courier and S A Paribahan Courier.
6. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via SMS or email, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.
7. What is your return and refund policy?
We accept returns and issue refunds for eligible products that meet our return criteria. Returns must be requested within the specified time frame, and products must be in their original condition, unused, and with tags intact. 8. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the case.
9. Can I cancel my order?
Order cancellation is possible if your order has not been shipped yet. Please contact us immediately after placing your order if you wish to cancel.
10. Do you offer bulk or wholesale purchases?
Yes, we offer special pricing for bulk or wholesale orders. Please contact our sales team for further details and quotations.

At Vita Fashion, we source our products directly from trusted manufacturers and verified suppliers, primarily from established markets including China. We prioritize quality and authenticity to ensure you receive only the best products.
