Product Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Vita Fashion, we value your trust and satisfaction. We understand that online shopping sometimes doesn’t go exactly as planned. That’s why we’ve designed a clear and customer-friendly policy to ensure your peace of mind during every purchase.

✅ You Can Request a Return, Exchange, or Refund If:

  • You’ve changed your mind.

  • You’re not satisfied with the product quality.

  • The item is damaged or defective.

  • The size doesn’t fit you properly.

🔁 Exchange & Replacement Policy

If you face any of the above issues, you may request a product replacement or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. Please note:

  • Applicable only for regular-priced items, not discounted products.

  • Customer must return the product to Vita Fashion’s warehouse at their own cost.

  • Returned product must be unused, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging.

  • After quality inspection, we will process the exchange. No refund is provided for exchanged items.

  • If the item is out of stock or unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

  • Customers must submit photo proof for damaged or defective items to speed up the process.

💸 Return & Refund Policy

In case of a valid return, we will process a refund after we receive and inspect the item at our warehouse. The policy includes:

  • Refunds are processed via Bkash only.

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.

  • You must return the product using a courier service at your own expense.

  • Shipping fees and COD charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.

  • If only part of an order is returned, only that portion will be refunded.

  • No refunds will be issued if the returned product is damaged or missing tags/packaging.

  • For refunds above ৳20,000, we will use a bank transfer for added security.

📦 Product Checking During Delivery

Want to check the product at the time of delivery? We’ve made it easy:

  • Pay a checking charge: ৳80 inside Dhaka, ৳120 outside Dhaka (before opening the parcel).

  • If you decide to reject the product, please ensure it is unused and returned in original condition with all accessories and a copy of the invoice.

❌ Order Cancellation Policy

We believe in complete flexibility. If you need to cancel your order:

  • You can cancel before your order is shipped.

  • Once the product is delivered, cancellation is not possible.

  • For returns, you must contact us within 72 hours of receiving the order.

  • To cancel online, log into your account at www.vitafashionbd.com, go to “My Account > Order Details,” and click on Cancel Order with a reason for cancellation.

  • Once we confirm the cancellation, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS.

  • Vita Fashion reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues or other unavoidable reasons. If payment has already been made, we will refund it according to our policy.
